Job Description
The Audit Consultant (AC) plays a key role by conducting niche financial compliance audits and transactional process reviews covering financial transactions taking place between client and marketing industry vendors (ad agency, media buying firm, direct marketing agency, and the like). Additionally, the AC will participate in special projects focused on performance improvement, best financial practices in advertising, governance and vendor relationship management. AARM members, including each AC, work in a proactive team-based environment where client service excellence is never compromised.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a financial related discipline
- 4+ years of audit or business consulting experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility
- Able to occasionally travel
- Big 4 accounting experience a plus
- Advertising agency experience or exposure a plus
- CIA or CPA a plus
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally
- Ability to present complex issues to management level personnel
- Able to occasionally travel
- PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Power BI and QuickBooks skills a plus

Job Description
The AAA is a new position and will play a key role. You will be working in a proactive team-based environment where client service excellence is never compromised. The AAA will perform administrative and audit support activities for 2-3 managers. Duties may include:
- Assisting in various capacities during an audit
- Preparing PowerPoint reports & financial data using Excel
- Supporting new business development
- Organizing & maintaining files
- Managing calendars, including making travel arrangements
- Special projects from time to time
Requirements
- 4+ years of administrative, audit or business consulting experience
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables
- Accountable and takes ownership of projects
- Solid references from prior co-workers
- Bachelor’s degree in a financial related discipline a plus
- Big 4 accounting experience a plus
- Advertising agency experience or exposure a plus
Skills
